Hi {{first_name}},
I collected positive news sources for years before I made Episode 2. But writing that episode is when I learned that as little as five minutes of positive media a day, for five days, does something measurable. Which made me think of my favorite positive news source. The one I keep going back to… the social media profile @thatgoodnewsgirl.
So just watch three of @thatgoodnewsgirl's videos a day, five days running, and you're set. Researchers have studied it. Most likely you’ll feel better, have reduced stress, more hope, reduced illness symptoms, and be ready to tackle your goals!
She posts stories that make me feel better about the world. She has a great sense of humor and seems to delight in sharing great news with people every day. And I'm not the only one that thinks that way. She has about 6 million followers across all social media platforms and over 15,000 subscribers.
Check it out when you want to feel better about humanity, be inspired and/or relax.
It’s fantastic that DAILY millions of people are experiencing microdoses of good vibes.

About the survey
And one more thing, if you have a few minutes, there's a short founding community survey waiting for you. It sounds like you might already be one of the people I'm building this for. I read every response personally. Come tell me who you are and what you care about. There is a little breadcrumb there you might enjoy… it is a wonderful life, isn't it?
